Let me tell you what I learned in therapy about triggers - you trigger yourself. The basis of cognitive behavioral therapy is realizing the emotional mechanism exists entirely internally and that you have ultimate control over it. Even if something makes you experience sadness, anger, or emotional pain, you need not respond to that internal stimulus.
In other words, it's literally your problem. Stop expecting society to adjust to your disorder, etc.
