That depends on whether you want to read what's probably the best Hulk story every written.

Ragnarok is certainly not 'meh', although it could have been a little more serious. But then, we would probably complain about THAT.

It felt entertaining to read, but if you tried to explain the plot to someone it would sound like shit. Interesting opening premise, though. Storywise, its quite unrelated to the movie except for the name of the planet and hulk actually being there.

I went to see it solely for Jeff Goldblum and was not disappointed.

Definitely worth purchasing, I've read it many times. Very solid Hulk story. You're also going to want to read WWH afterwards. WWH has a more mixed reception but I really like it and feel that its a pretty satisfying conclusion to the story, even if it does feel a bit anticlimactic.

Ragnarok is just as "meh" as the other Marvel movies. It's not bad, a fun little movie, but ultimately very disposable and generic with little to no emotional resonance or dramatic tension. Goldblum was indeed the best part.
