Sunstone Vol 2 I think Vol 3 is my fav of the arc but damn this was a great one
Books of Magic 2 Fucking fantastic, from the creepy 14 year old succubus sex slave to the melting unicorns, the art wasn't good at time but where it counted it delivered.
Providence: Amazing, the triple layered story is brilliant and will lead to even more re-reading in this complex story.
Batwoman V1 this is the best of JH Williams III on Batwoman, the books go a little downhill after this first trade, but 1>3>2 IMHO Art is fucking unbelievable in this one though
Whispers in the Walls: Wanted to rank this higher than Batwoman but JH...just...JHWIII is too good. Solid fantasy/horror story, nice wide screen european style and a nice complex story that goes back and forth between the factions
X-force: the art gets a little too dark at times, it's hard to make out details, but I like it. The art is great when it's not coloured too dark.
Batwoman V2 yeah, IMHO worst in the series
Drain. surprisingly good for at the bottom of the list. starts off as standard lesbian vampire cheesecake by Takada
god she does that well but the last issue of the run amped me up enough that I was hyped through the entire issue. Thing is, you don't have to read the words at all, and they aren't very well written. It's a strength to Takada that she can do so well with telling a story that the words don't even need to be there.
