Season 5: Oliver has a new team of vigilantes and is facing against two villains: Prometheus, who wants to kill Oliver for something he did in season 1, and Vigilante, a, well, vigilante who has harsher methods than Oliver
Second half of season 3 and season 4 in general was shit. Season 5 has been an improvement and is actually good.
