If you're interested enough to try to look for what I think are better episodes, then maybe try "Mewberty" (THAT one you won't forget!), "Mewnipendence Day," "Game of Flags," or "Running With Scissors" (THAT one you won't forget, either!).
Those are just off the top of my head and I have no doubt that anons will contest them, but I'll say that what I consider the top tier is populated exclusively with plot-heavy episodes (example: all of the last five quarter-hours of Season 2,) that I wouldn't recommend you start with, so none of those are what I listed.
