In this webm the blows have impact, and the action is readable, that's a whole lot better than what a lot of other shows manage to be honest.
If your standards only allow you to call a fight good when it has:
1 realistic lasting damage, where combatants will become noticeably weaker with every blow (almost nothing has this)
2 Impactful blows that feel like they carry force
3 Tension
4 Readable action
Then sure, I'd agree that such a fight will be good. But if those are your standards, then 95% of fight scenes in anything will be garbage, probably more.
Take this fight scene from RWBY for example.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RhaxzYsms_0It's fast, but comprehensible, and because of continued motion you generally have a pretty good grasp on the perspective and the positions of characters.
Will at certain points it's a little too fast for its own good, it's perfectly serviceable and definitely not "bad".
It also doesn't make the mistake of ending the fight with a big super attack (this almost always breaks tension), and the music does a pretty good job of setting the mood.
If you want bad fight scenes, look at DBZ. Symphogear and RWBY, while definitely not perfect, have a whole lot more to offer than the general Schlock DBZ inspired so much of.
