The sculpt quality is great, as is the paintwork, including the little details (note that her nails are painted, and they do look very good. The one thing I probably would have liked even better is if her face more closely matched the original illustration, but that could just be a matter of reality not matching expectations.
Also, her base is excellent, as you can see--or not. The way that it was sculpted out of her cloak itself yields a fantastic result, giving the cloak the heavy, dramatic presence befitting of Raven, while also feeling substantial and stable. Honestly, I think this is my favorite figure. I wish mai waifu had one of similar quality.
I would recommend the Harley figure if you're thinking about it. Looks promising to me.
