The only real chance Pearl stands of winning is if, by some unimaginable stretch of luck, about 100 Raven voters prefer Pearl and have been voting Raven because she wasn't versus SU. Which is so unlikely I'd bet real world money against it. Raven will win. Shego vs Peridot is kind of a coinflip, they got roughly similar voter bases and its kind of believable that there'd be overlap in those bases so it all really comes down to chance
Velma is kind of a mystery to me, because, well, everyone at least somewhat likes Velma, but I really don't think she's THAT many people's favorite. Her voter base might have just been people who didnt care about any of the characters she was against all at (brownyn and giffany being characters who only appeared in one episode of their shows, marceline being a character who lost a lot of confidence later into AT, and Peni being a glorified background character in the Spiderverse movie) I'm really leaning towards Spinel being the winner but maybe I just don't know about this groundswell of Velmafags
