Dont listen to this retard. You may not need a cintiq but a screen helps you draw so much easier. I learned to draw on onscreen tablets for years, as soon as I got a screen I felt an immense difference in natural feeling. Again, you dont need a cintiq but a huion or something similar will work wonders. If you dont know how to draw though. I'd suggest pencil and paper.
