>>107941536I think the body looks good for the most part, though a little shading would help. The apron looks a little too simple, especially considering how she's pushing it to the side, there should be more folding lines as the fabric bunches up.
Anyway, the biggest problem lies in the face. The realistic details are very jarring on a character who normally has a very simple face. The makeup looks very out of place, both stylistically and thematically, as Amelia is a very practical character, and the eyeshadow and lipstick force you to add details to the eyelids and lips that are normally less defined. As for the nose, the flared nostrils are pretty hard to look at.
It's not all bad, though... the idea of Amelia having good luck charms hidden all over her body is fun, but I feel like you could have pushed it a little further. She has the four leaf clover ring and the horseshoe, but maybe one more item, like a rabbit's foot, would fulfill the 'rule of three' and get the point across better.
All in all, it's not as bad as the other anons claim, as with a facial overhaul and a few extra details, this pic still has some good potential. I hope you won't get discouraged, as it's always nice to have another drawfriend around.
