Besides, he's still obsessed with Titan. His solution for saving Titan probably would have worked even if only in the short term, but he never got to implement that plan, his homeworld burned, and he's insanely trying to apply the same solution to the rest of the universe to finally fulfill this destiny he thinks he has. And he thinks the universe will be grateful...
