Mind control kid has that, in that every time anyone finds out that he has mind control powers they immediately ask him not to mind control THEM. Its usually played off as a joke, but the stigma is still there.
A better example is people with quirks that make them look inhuman. Like the guys from the first episode whose power was turning into a monster man, or sludge. Yes, they were villians with powers that made them look monstrous, but a lot of people are going to star off looking like that regardless of what sort of person they are. And society is always going to treat them like they are criminals waiting to happen.
Gang Orca is one of the top 10 heroes in the country, and everyone agrees he is an excellent hero. His claim to fame is still that he gets consistently voted 'looks most like a villain' because he is a killer whale man. Thats fucked up.
