How un-treatable is he really? The Joker often seems to be portrayed as so mysterious and enigmatic in his mental processes, that no psychotherapist could rehabilitate him, but how much has anyone really tried? Harleen Quinzel failed, but that has as much to do with her own attraction to "extreme cases", how much she cut corners to get her degree, and her initial selfish, publicity-focused intentions for taking the patient in the first place. If a competent, determined mental health professional were at Arkham, and tried to analyze and redirect Joker's behavior, can we really say it would fail because Joker's "so crazy", or has Arkham just failed to provide this?
