King Ghidorah shows up in the Marvel/DC universes. Can they stop him when Godzilla's now dead in Marvel canon and isn't around at all in DC canon?
Hard Mode: He's got Gigan and Megalon tagging along with him.
Ghidorah Must Die Mode: The Xiliens are invading Earth, and they have not only King Ghidorah, but also literally every kaiju but Godzilla and Mothra at their disposal.

Depends on what version you go with. Showa, Heisei, GMK and Final Wars Ghidorah are all around the same threat level as your typical big monster like Fing Fang Foom, so a couple of decently strong heroes would be able to take him on. They'd be nothing the Fantastic Four or Superman wouldn't be able to handle.

Anime Ghidorah would make for a decent Dr Strange villain, though I'm not so well-versed on the feats of DC's magic users and if they've dealt with many eldritch threats before, so he might give them a hard time.

Legendary Ghidorah is looking to be the most threatening and powerful of all variants, on par with Starro or a fully fledged Apokolips invasion in threat-level alone, so he'd be event level at least that'd require the whole Justice League or Avengers to take on, and even then they'd have to throw everything at him to stop him.

I will admit I do not know much about Godzilla but why do people view him with such a high powerlevel? He can survive a black hole, tanked a meteor, and... angered his way back to life from hell? The first two are just basic tier for comics and the other feat just sounds really dumb. Hasn't he died a few times from just getting beaten up too? I am just curious because I have seen threads in passing where they pin him vs Superman and such and that just seems retarded. The net also says he died by the oxygen destroyer, by a robot, and Destroya.

The first one was due to a weapon made to kill a Godzilla severely weaker than the ones known that actually fought Ghidorah.
The second was in a weaker state of Godzilla.
And the third he didn't even get killed by an enemy, he died because he was going into fucking meltdown and was going to cause a second big bang with all of his energy.

But does the biggest baddest rendition of Godzilla actually equate to the cosmic or just retarded level characters like Flash and Supes in the DC and Marvel Universes like in the OP is considering? I am just having a hard time seeing a giant monster being someone that people think would win against some of the bullshit stunts that Superman and Flash have done and they aren't even cosmic. It's just when it comes to comicbook absurdities nothing I have heard from Godzilla as come close to shit like pic related.

Depends on the Ghidorah. I don't think there's much that Marvel could do to Anime Ghidorah for instance, and Legendary Ghidorah is quickly shaping up to be the most powerful of all his incarnations.

The other two modes lead to Marvel dying a horrible screaming death, and DC to be embroiled Inca long, long war.
