In the animated movie Tekkonkinkrete there is a bathhouse scene with full-frontal child nudity. In fact, it also has full frontal old-man nudity. At one point the old man is actually washing one of the naked kids while he leans against him, both fully naked.
While it's something I would never put in a movie I made, I was not offended, because it was presented in a matter-of-fact, low-key manner. Hell, my Neighbor Totoro has a bath scene with naked kids and adults.
But neither of those movies are pushing a sexualized agenda on children under the guise of body positivity.
You can argue (poorly) that there isn't a sexual component to the Big Mouth bath house scene, but in the context of the show the message is clear. "Embrace your sexuality kids! Your body is beautiful, and it can give you pleasure! Masturbate! Have sex with each other! If it feels good, do it!" Which is a terrible message to push on kids.
