The Dark Knight.
This is universally agreed upon except by retards who demand Batman be gothic & outlandish.
TDK is one of the greatest films ever made, it is flawless beyond Maggie not being attractive enough.

I don't know if it's the best, but Under the Red Hood is definitely my favorite. "Bruce is ruining these childrens' lives" is an old hat at this point, but I still think this movie is one of the best attempts at modernizing the concept of Robin, as well as one of the most succinct tellings of the Jason Todd story.
