Besides, every army features women in some extend (either logically, lore-wise or as actual units/commanders) except Orcs. Yes, even Necrons have females (though not as units).

No. Sisters only get relatively minor gene therapy, no black carapace, no geneseed, etc. They're basically peak human rather than truly superhuman. It's really not. Warhammer as a franchise has been around since the 70s and is one of the biggest sci-fi property that's still doing well, especially thanks to its massive amount of video game adaptations. It's one of the grand daddies of the board gaming scene and even your average 17-year old console normie has probably heard about Space Marines in one form or another.

Comics started dying when they started only being sold in comic book stores

It use to be kids would get into comics because they saw batman fighting a gorilla or something on a magazine rack at the grocery store checkout, and would bug their mom to buy it for them
Now with comics being confined to their own shops, no one gets into comics unless someone else introduces it to them, becoming more and more niche a demographic over time.

The best Eldar units are Wraithguard. Banshees are the only all-female unit and they're garbage. Similarly, DEldar Wyches are absolute shit.
