Penn's Finn was great
The Finn who was completely crushed by the world, but grew from it was awesome.
The Finn who was praised by the world and surrounded by friends who could transition him from adventuring to a normal life was awesome.
Mixing those together creates a mess, though. Finn gets crushed and his friends save him, but he doesn't grow.
I honestly believe that Puhoy is the greatest episode in the show.
