>>102277356>You need to buy cards with real money until you get Shudderwock [or any card you want]
Hearthstone's monetization is shit, so why does this guy even misrepresent it by ignoring the existance of arcane dust? It's like he wants to undermine his own credibility for no reason.>Proceeds to explain the Shudderwock combo wrong
Oh>You can play Murmuring Elemental, that's bad!
Nobody plays Murmuring Elemental>The combo is funny, waiting for animation is not!
Wait, wait, wait.
So his argument is not that the combo is oppressive and doesn't provide opportunity for counterplay (which is the usual arguments for combos, which I don't even disagree with).
His argument is that you should not be forced to watch through the animations.
Does he even know there is a concede button? Yep, he knows, because he mentions it in this very same video. So does he just not know why the animations were a problem, in the same way he doesn't even know how the combo works despite making a 15 minutes video on it?
Shudderwock wasn't bad because it won you the game. Waiting for animations wasn't bad because it was "boring". It was bad because the animations were so long they continued even after the original player's turn was over, blocking the opponent from doing anything and basically robbing them of their turn.
The last bit about refunding has no connection to the original topic (whatever that was supposed to be, because he butcheted it), and it does ignore that Hearthstone does refund players most of the time when cards are nerfed.
