I don't know what your point is, I didn't say that complainers solely invested in the controversy for political reasons don't exist. I'm not being offended on anybody's behalf, they're capable of hating the design on their own, I'm just pointing out the provable flaws in that tumblr post's logic.

You correctly point out that people (like me) watched the show and appreciated the feminist values it contained, and correctly point out that today's feminism is different from that of the 80s. It stands to reason that women who actually watched the show and grew up with it might have, shocker, different views on feminism than people raised on modenr feminism.
Calling everyone who dislikes this show male is to willfully discount and silence the opinions of women and feminists who dislike it. Rather than trying to shut down women who think differently from you and pretend they don't exist you should try listening to them.
