If they are, they're doing a piss-poor job of showing the same disregard for journalism that Breitbart usually shows. BiC is just there, it reports on cases without giving much of an opinion, it's mostly them pointing out what other publications are saying and posting fluff pieces on random items.

Their reviews are pretty even, unlike other sites where you can see the hateboner in every second line, or where 25% to 50% of the review is taken up by the reviewer gushing about politics and how progressive certain things are.

Also "I'm pretty sure" sounds like one of those "I don't have any real evidence, but I heard it from someone who showed me screencaps that he got from someone else, who found them on a tumblr".

So yeah, either cough up the evidence, or just admit that you're a shill and just way too deep into a petty tribal war.

You're saying this about the site that spun an article about alleged "ghost showings" in Captain Marvel based on a couple Twitter screenshots and an unnamed source on an unspecified theater at an unnamed city, with an unspecified number of bought theaters, which was later parroted in here as "proof" that the box office numbers were fake somehow. And that's only one example, since OPs article exists after all.

The first person they approached was Ryan North. He told them he would do it, and he asked for Henderson (a friend of his) to be the artist.

Yes, it was nepotism but never at the cost of Gurihiru. Guri SG wasn't gonna be a thing.
