The following DBS episodes are pure filler that have no involvement from Toriyama and do not adapt his plot outline:
>1-2 (2) (slice of life stuff)
>15-18 (4) (more SOL plus Toei training)
>22-23 (2) (this is all Tagoma vs the Z-fighters, Ginyu-Tagoma, and drawn out scenes of Freeza torturing Gohan)
>42-46 (5) (Copy-Vegeta filler, more SOL stuff, plus gags with Beerus-Monaka)
>50-54 (5) (filler of Goku Black attacking the past, Piccolo and Krillin repairing the damage, Trunks meeting Gohan's family and 18, Trunks sparring with Vegeta, Goku fighting Zamasu, etc.; only relevant thing here is Beerus and Goku learning about Zamasu but that's like 5% of the content)
>60-62 (3) (the whole second trip to the future in between the first and final that the manga excised, including pure filler fights like Goku vs Black and filler forms like Rage Trunks, and filler characters like all the resistance members)
>68-76 (9) (Saiyaman vs Reddit filler, Hit assassination filler, Krillin training filler, SOL filler, Kaio revival filler)
>78-81 (4) (U6 vs U9 exhibition)
>87-90 (4) (space poachers, Piccolo-Gohan sparring, Tenshinhan's dojo, Goku vs Gohan)
>94-95 (2) (Quitela/Sidra attempted assassination of Freeza/Goku filler)
I'm not even going to bother to try with the actual tournament, suffice to say pretty much everything but Kale's rampage, Goku's fight with Jiren, Toppo's fight with Vegeta, and the climax appears to be Toei-specific.
So, of the 95 episodes I got to, literally 40 were entirely Toei-original (i.e. they have no counterpart in the manga which follows the same outline). This is not counting any Toei alterations within the episodes, JUST stuff that came entirely from them without any basis in what Toriyama wrote. Super is almost 50% filler arcs, and the 50% that are actually "Toriyama episodes" are still extremely padded. I'd bet it would go over 50% if we got into the ToP because that's almost entirely U7 sandbagging against weaklings.
