No it's kind of not "precisely" that at all. We slightly modified an animal that was already intelligent and used to living in packs to view humans as pack members too, the rest went pretty easy from there. That's why we have working dogs instead of working bears or working cats, cause bears and cats aren't anywhere near as naturally suited for those tasks. A bear would be stronger, why don't we train bears to rescue people from burning builds? Oh right because a bears natural temperament and intelligence is leagues different from a dogs, and the amount of work needed to make a bear fit for a dogs task would be more than it's worth.>>173261776
First of all, fuck off with your /v/ words. Second of all, that was an intentional choice of words because thousands of years of human domestication IS just a few years compared to the millions of years these animals have been evolving those ways before humans came along. I swear, there's no easier way to identify a "brainlet" than by watching which people use the word.>>173261822
Bulls are already domesticated. Domestication is not a magic be all end all way for any animal to be fit for any task. >>173261868
Implying you fucking have.
