No, they really do. If just a few organs or RC spores are enough to turn a human. Then there should be no reason why a child born of the full ghoul mother's flesh, would ever be seen as food.. Hell, female reproductive systems don't work that way. There are a whole set of safeguards in place to make sure the child doesn't get attacked by the mother's body. (immune system etc) It's literally why babies don't have immune systems of their own, or their own blood, till long after birth!
It was all well and good (seemingly without much thought) when ghouls were basically of another distant race of human. But this dragon event, and a lot of other things that have happened, paint a much diff picture.
